At Cvltica, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns for buyerβs remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.
However β your satisfaction matters deeply, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Below is our full policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
π 1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:
Please email hello@cvltica.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the defect, misprint, or damage
- Photos of the garment + care tag if applicable
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Printful covers these situations under their Quality Guarantee, and Cvltica will handle the process for you.
π 2. Wrong Size, Wrong Color, or βI Donβt Like Itβ
Because all items are printed to order, Cvltica cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Disliking the fit
- Disliking the design
- Change of mind

π 3. Lost Packages or Shipping Issues
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors, mailroom, or building manager
- Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation
If the carrier cannot resolve it within 72 hours, contact us at support@cvltica.com and we will assist you.
If the package is lost in transit (never delivered):
Printful may replace the order after reviewing the tracking information. Please contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.
π 4. Incorrect Address Provided
If an order is returned to Printful because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for:
- Re-shipping fees
- Updating the correct shipping address
Returned orders cannot be refunded β they must be reshipped.
π 5. Order Cancellations
Because each product begins production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter the fulfillment stage.
If you need to request a change within the first 6 hours of your order, contact us immediately at hello@cvltica.com β we will try, but cannot guarantee adjustments.
